Cancellation Policy
A Non-Refundable Deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be used towards your service.
❌Cancellations within 48 hours of notice, are subject to a 30% non-refundable fee. Cancellations or “No-Shows” within 24 hours of notice, are subject to 50% or more of a non-refundable fee.
We do understand that schedule changes are unavoidable and sometimes “life” happens, however, we require at least a 48 hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. Your deposit will transfer to your new appointment.
